Roe Bert is one of my favoritest oc's EVER!. He is from an old RP I did with my friends called Train Town. It was a combination of Danganronpa and Your Turn To Die (YTTD). He was executed in Chapter 4.

Biography
Design
Roe has bright pink dyed hair in a mix of afro puffs and freeform locs. Both styles are blended together to match how anime characters have unnatural / several different hairstyles at once. It's naturally dark brown, as well as his eyes. He often wears contacts (orange) as well as his whole clown get-up and occasionally makeup.
